Basic Information
The "SoS state", as well as all of its productions, is an art project. Hence, the SoS passport and SoS Identity Card are also an artwork and an artistic edition. The SoS passport and ID Card have an artistic value but is not intended for use as a travel document. Any misuse of an SoS passport is soley the responsibility of the holder.

The holder of the SoS passport and the SoS Identity card becomes a citizen of SoS. Vital statistics
and territorial property of the holder are logged in the SoS citizenship register.
The passport/ID are numbered and untransferable; its validity is limited and renewable.
By signing the attached/adjoining statement the bearer pledges to participate
on a best-effort basis to support the integrity of the SoS state. This passport/ID
may not be abused/misused for criminal, ideological, religious orpolitical
purposes conflicting with the contents of SoS and/or jeopardizing the reputation
and good name of SoS. Citizenship ceases with the expiriation, return or confiscation
of the passport/ID.
The passport/ID are documents of a subversive nature and unique value. SoS citizens
must safeguard this documents and preserve it from theft or destruction.
Alternation of the passport/ID, or the information or photograph it contains
is prohibited. Changes of address, territorial property or any other relevant
information must be reported to the issuiing authority of the passport/ID. If
the passport/ID gets lost or stolen, promptly notify the nearest representive office
of SoS or the SoS State Department.
