Nachdem Sie Ihre Bestellung abgeschickt haben, erhalten Sie von SoS per Email eine Auftragsbestätigung inklusive Versandkosten. Die Auslieferung erfolgt nach Vorauskasse.

Sie können zwischen folgenden Zahlungsarten wählen:
* Ãœberweisung auf Girokonto
* Bar Betrag per Post

Die Preise enthalten die Verpackungskosten. Die Pakete werden über DHL versendet. Bitte haben Sie Verständnis, dass der Versand bis zu einer Woche dauern kann. Die Versandkosten in Deutschland betragen EUR 1,65 (als Warensendung bis 500 gramm / alles über 500 gramm muss mit EUR 3,90 berechnet werden). Für eine einfache CD oder Vinylsingle wird ein Porto von EUR 1,45 berechnet.

Order Conditions for International Customers
After you have completed your order you’ll receive from SoS via email a confirmation of your order including shipping costs and complete payment instructions. SoS reserves the right to require advance payment before delivering goods.

You can choose one of the following payment methods:
* International Money Order – bank transfer to bank account
* cash (Euro/US$ only) via mail/letter

Prices include postage and packing costs. All shipments will be sent via DHL. Please allow 1-2 weeks for international delivery.

General shipping costs:
* Austria: EUR 3-5 / for Book, CD, or Edition
* EU*: EUR 7-10 / for Book, CD, or Edition
* World**: EUR 10-15 / for Book, CD, or Edition

* EU zone: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus/Republic of (except north), Czech Republic, Denmark (not including the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (not including the Ã…land Islands), France (not including overseas areas and departements), Greece (not including Mount Athos), Hungary, Ireland, Italy (not including Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands (not including areas outside Europe), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (not including the Canary Islands, Ceuta + Melilla), Sweden, United Kingdom (not including the Channel Islands).
